About Nanette Levin

I’m now The Wordsmith of Roanoke. Local or not, I can capture your voice and personality in what I write, edit or suggest for strategic marketing ideals. Underdogs are favored, so if you’re a small business owner or not-for-profit director, I’m your gal.

When little enterprises were scoffed at by advertising agencies, government and even the general public, Fulcrum Communications was born. This marketing firm was created to leverage creative and cost-effective solutions for small businesses. Contemporary industry counterparts found the idea of crafting a company strategy that catered to small business needs silly. Guess it worked :-).

Small business advocacy has been a huge passion of mine, so I’m proud of my time spent helping the little guy, including  time spent as an appointed delegate to the 1995 Conference on Small Business and being awarded the National NAWBO 2000 recipient of the Chapter Public Policy Advocate of the Year. Now, small business do get the respect they deserve. I like to believe my small part made a difference. I’ve also been recognized as a SCORE Chapter Counselor of the Year and was included in Who’s Who of American Women (the real one) in 1996 and 1998.

Today, I’m focusing business activities on my biggest passion – writing. If you’re struggling with crafting copy for requested media submissions, website content, brochures, sales letters, speeches, newsletters or any other tool you use try to reach prospects and gain clients – or are finding what you put out there isn’t working – why not get some help? You might find this $95 introductory offer to be the best investment you make toward business success.

Need ghost writing support? Talk with me on the phone (or via Skype) for twenty minutes and I can capture your voice and carry it through to whatever it is we’re working on (immediately and well into the future). You get the added plus of decades of marketing experience to help ensure the message helps sway the intended audience in the way you wish.

When I’m not doing the white collar thing, I enjoy reaching out to horses and their humans to build a better understanding for incredible partnerships through a different approach to young horse training. Part of this effort has included connecting with people internationally and authoring the book Turning Challenging Horses Into Willing Partners. Keeping with the dirt under my finger nails theme, I also relish the time spent focused on a small chemical-free vegetable/herb/fruit/flower and mostly organic produce business.

Getting back to the suit – if you win, I win. My goal is to do whatever it takes to help you reach your business or influence goals, so you’ll be shouting to others about your latest, greatest find. I guarantee my work. I’m only happy when you are.
